Look out here comes STOMPFEST! Our opening major project over the last month has been to create STOMP routines. Students were asked to find an "instrument," a rhythm, some classmates and make an entertaining routine. It is so fun to watch their personalities and unique ideas be expressed! We have balloons, buckets, basketballs, homemade instruments, drumming, singing... and one week left to practice! They have come up with "band" names, have created unique routines, listened to peer feedback and are polishing their final musical revisions.
